hi, i don’t have advice for that type of stuff because i think eating is important! i generally eat one meal per day and i just make sure to stay under my calorie limit. as long as you are under your calorie limit, you can eat. you SHOULD eat :) you deserve to eat!
if the food is generally unhealthy, maybe offer to help cook so you can control the ingredients and make a healthier option for dinner so you have something safe to eat!
or you could go vegetarian or vegan, which is generally healthier and would give you an excuse to skip any animal-related meals! (just make sure to eat extra healthy veggies so you get nutrients, vitamins, minerals, etc!)
drink lots of water too for your health :) green tea is great too.
